Real Estate

It is important to hire a competent attorney to represent you throughout the entire process of purchasing or selling real property.  Your real estate broker is not an attorney and the title company the real estate broker selects to close the transaction is not an attorney.  The purchase and sale of real property is generally going to be the largest transaction that you will ever be involved in and you have the right to hire an attorney to represent and protect your interests.  We can draft the contract, coordinate the closing, work  with the lender, and facilitate the issuance of title insurance through Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.  Title insurance is a crucial aspect to every real estate transaction because it insures the title to the real estate to the buyer and lender.

Civil Litigation

Civil litigation means filing of a lawsuit to litigate and settle anything from a contract dispute to a divorce or an eviction.
